Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sukam Apps IT Services, Jalandhar, Punjab (“Sukam”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Sukam Tele CRM / Mobile App For Tele Caller Android application (the “App”), the web dashboard and this website, mobileappfortelecaller.com (together, the “Services”). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who this policy applies to

The Services are used by businesses (our customers, such as a company owner or manager) and their staff (telecallers, sales executives and admins who log in to the App). The business that signs up decides which staff and which leads are added to its account and is responsible for having a lawful basis to call those leads. For lead and call data stored in a customer account, the customer is the data fiduciary and Sukam processes that data on the customer’s behalf.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and registration details: your name, mobile number, email address, company name and login credentials (verified by OTP).
  • Call data from the telecaller’s phone: call logs for business calls made or received through the App (number, date, time, duration, call status and the telecaller who made the call).
  • Call recordings: where the customer enables recording and the device supports it, recordings of business calls are uploaded to the customer’s account so managers can review them.
  • Lead and CRM data: lead names, phone numbers, notes, follow-up dates, dispositions and other details that the customer or its staff add or import (for example from an Excel sheet).
  • Attendance data: where the attendance feature is used, the selfie photo and time of check-in.
  • Device and usage data: device model, Android version, app version, crash reports and basic usage logs needed to keep the App working.
  • Website enquiries: details you submit in free-trial, demo or contact forms on this website.

3. App permissions and why we need them

The App asks for access to calls, call logs, contacts, storage, notifications and camera. These permissions are used only to provide the features described above: dialling leads from the App, logging and syncing business calls, saving recordings, showing caller details, sending follow-up reminders and capturing the attendance selfie. You can withdraw a permission at any time from your phone settings, but some features will stop working.

4. How we use information

  • To create and manage accounts and verify users by OTP.
  • To show calls, talk-time, recordings, leads and reports to the customer’s authorised managers.
  • To send follow-up reminders and service notifications.
  • To provide setup, training and customer support.
  • To fix bugs, prevent misuse and keep the Services secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use registration details or customer lead data for our own marketing.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers to run the Services, including Google Firebase (notifications), Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports), Google Sheets (where a customer chooses sheet-based reporting) and secure cloud hosting. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.

6. Sharing of information

Data inside a customer account is visible only to the users that the customer authorises. We share information outside Sukam only with the service providers listed above, when the customer asks us to (for example an integration it enables), or when required by law, court order or a government authority.

7. Data storage, retention and security

Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access and regular backups. We keep account data for as long as the customer account is active. After an account is closed, we delete or anonymise customer data within a reasonable period, unless we must keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Call recording and consent

Call recording is a feature that the customer business switches on for its own teams. The customer is responsible for informing its staff and, where required, the people being called, and for using recordings only for lawful purposes such as quality checks and training.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. If your data was added by a business that uses our Services (for example as a lead), please contact that business first; we will assist them in responding. Staff users can ask their employer’s admin to update or remove their profile.

10. Children

The Services are meant for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date.
